Role Overview
As the Social Media Manager, you will be at the forefront of our social media strategy. You will manage and develop our social media presence, engaging our customers and creating compelling content that resonates with our audience. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with Amazon’s marketing goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns, and provide data-driven insights to enhance strategies.
- Engage with customers online by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, PR, and product departments to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Stay updated with current trends, social media tools, and best practices to keep Amazon ahead in the digital space.
- Run social media advertising campaigns to increase visibility and engagement.
- Develop a community around our brand and foster relationships with our customers, influencers, and partners.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management or related roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with social media advertising platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
- Ability to interpret data and analytics to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Proficient in graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- A creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and brand engagement.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
